In terms of great customer support, answer the phone swiftly, competent agents, willingness to back the customer, etc?

I’ve heard bad things about monzo and good things about firstdirect. But not sure about others.

Obviously one needs a current account in addition to their credit card, and I’m looking for one that gives a similar level of “don’t worry” that Amex does if anything goes wrong.
