Tips to prepare for UGC NET for an ADHD diagnosed person?
Hey everyone, so I am planning to give UGC NET a shot this June (if I do not clear, I have my sights set on December as well). I have been diagnosed with ADHD when I was a child, and what appears to be the inattentive type. I am genuinely struggling to prep for UGC NET, and was hoping to gather some tips among folks who have ADHD and aer planning to clear NET, or have successfully cleared UGC NET. I only started preparation yesterday, and passive learning does not seem to help, especially for areas outside my specialisation (I/O Psychology). I do have a primary study source material - "Power Within Psychology". Would that be enough to cram the units as well prep via past papers? Thanks a bunch in advance!
