Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my Kobra X. Sometimes, while it’s printing, it shuts down by itself in the middle of the print.

It happens at random positions and doesn’t follow any clear pattern.

I don’t think it’s a power supply issue, because sometimes the hotend fan stays on.

Has this happened to anyone else? I’ve spoken with technical support and they are going to send me a new motherboard, but I’m not fully convinced that the motherboard is the problem.
