Forming a Digital Motown, Nashville, CCM
I am looking to build a digital session musician and values driven artist neighbourhood for Oikos Music Australia like Motown, Nashville or CCM around virtue, values and ethics for humanity, across multiple genres.
Oikos Music Australia is an Artist & Repertoire Development Record Label. A real record label that distributes via DANMARK MUSIC GROUP with effective rights management through Social and online, also assisting with Sync licensing set up into Hollywood. I am a veteran music manager who has managed multi platinum artists. I am fiercely indie and anti establishment, for good reason. That sense of rebellion doesnt disrespect incumbent industry, instead it stands up for the right of a musician to earn a living from their work.
What I'm looking to develop is a bit like Motown where Berry Gordy would take the top most talented musicians he could find locally and produce a sound from the environment. In my case I want to do that as a label owner with a digital neighbourhood based on mutual values, dedication to craft and mutual prosperity. I'm super interested in people who have a strong sense of social justice consicence and that's the vibe. That will include spiritual people from every kind of faith and belief system. I am Christian, but I embrace and support every faith and belief system that aims to improve the dignity of humanity. I also support people who challenge systems and challenge humanity to do better. It has be authentic. I do not support people who are selfish, hedonistic, sexualise themselves or others and are shallow.
