Fatigue hit HARD.
2nd week on Ret, and the fatigue hit me HARD. I don't seem to have other side effects that bad, but I'm falling asleep on the couch.
Does this pass or anything I can do to counteract it?
Edit: Looks like Carbs+electrolytes. :D
