Laptop stands to use in a rotated (portrait) orientation

I was thinking the other day how I'd like to try out a vertical display; I've never had one. But then I thought: first, let's just try putting my MacBook Pro on its side, rotate the display in Settings, and see how it goes!

Obviously, this is pretty janky, and eventually it's gonna get knocked over if I keep doing this. But, as an experiment, I'm really happy with it. macOS even auto-rotates the internal display when I plug/unplug it from the external displays.

As far as I can tell, there are ZERO stands made for this.

Does anyone out there do anything like this? Am I missing something? The only thing I can imagine is that there might be thermal concerns… but I haven't heard my fans running at all, so I'm honestly not too worried about that.
