Is there anyone here who’s had a good experience with a local handyman/person or plumber in the area?

I may be looking for a unicorn, but I’d love to find someone who’s a little bit creative working with the eccentricities of a small 1940s house and doesn’t just tell me everything needs to be gutted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
