Forgot to ask this in the other post, but has anybody just weined off and stopped making smoking an everyday thing into like a couple times a week and saw there symptoms go away?

So I think it’s about that time. I always blamed it on the food I would eat and after being real with myself I don’t feel good after I smoke and my stomach is always hurting. I’m straight up addicted tho been smoking almost a decade now but it’s like the anxiety and stomach aches are just increasing and I really don’t wanna get to these scary stages people are talking about
Question: so if I’m a daily all day every day dab pen user but is there a way I can slowly stop and still avoid chs? Like maybe start by taking a day off then maybe 2 days off i don’t know I want to be able to smoke on occasions but I also don’t want to send myself into one of these scary stages. Absolutely hate that weed has to have this scary side to it :(
I also want to ask how does this throwing up stage start ? Like is it abrupt? Like your stomach hurts throughout life and then the next day your in a crazy puking brawl?
