If my team so far is Ashveil, Blade SP E2, and Hyacine, which support is better? Tribbie E1 with DDD or Cyrene E2 with that one shop LC?

I have Durin C1 right now and I guess is which is the better upgrade getting his C2 or Nicole

I have a E2 S1 Acheron that I use a E1S1 Jiaqiu and E0S1 Adventurine. But I also have E1S1 of all harmony units and a E6 Welt and E2 Silverwolf. Which would be best for the last slot?
