Light School Laptop

Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US:

$200-$400 USD

Are you open to refurbs/used?

Yes

How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life?

Really good battery life, very light and thin, not too picky on performance just needs to be able to handle school work

How important is weight and thinness to you?

Biggest thing for me on this one

Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent

Smaller, 14ish inches around that

Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.

None of that

Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?

Nice keyboard, very reliable, last me 4 years, and enough usb slots, as well as usb type c charger

Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.

I have the HP Victus 15.6, but it’s too heavy to take to school and I’m addicted to Arc Raiders so I have to sell it and get a productive laptop

Advice for a 15 y/o

This is 100% my money from work, should i be investing more, and if so, in what? This is my mom’s account i’m using, should I switch? This might be naive, but why is everything red?
