If someone transfer crafts from mechanical to operating are they classified as a "new" employee?
Title basically says it, but I'm under the impression they can still get canned within the "probie" 90-day period for whatever reason. (Why would anyone switch crafts with that lingering over their heads?!)
When can, or does, union representation with SMART begin?
