Is the undertime situation getting ridiculous at every station or just mine?

Management has been on one for weeks now about undertime at our station. Parcels 2 hours late? You should still make it in 8 on that baby route. I said I needed 7 hours on the street on a Monday, they sent someone to follow me. Meanwhile, carriers on monster routes peel off giant pieces every day like clockwork. Some give away all their walking every day, some giant CBUs - do they really think those carriers still need 8 hours? There's a carrier that has 3 loops more than me and zero apartments/businesses - he gets a blank check every day. I dont think I will ever bid on a small route again. Annoying AF.
