All of sudden my N26 account got closed by just saying "due to legal reasons and no specifics". I have been using N26 bank since past 10 years in Germany and having around 2000 euro in my account. I don't know who to reach out. There is no customer support to call , there are only AI bot which don't help much. Can someone please share any suggestion on how to proceed and get my money back ? Should I go to BaFin or get a lawyer ?
