Caffeine and nicotine intake
C5 quad here, I used to have caffeine and nicotine daily before my accident. I stopped but I have recently been dabbling in nicotine again. Have not had any issues but I was wondering if anybody does caffeine as well?

I'm almost 3 years post injury and I find new daily things that I wish I had been doing since day one. Complete C5 injury.
Couple examples: 10+ minutes of stretching, taking vitamins, stand up frame daily, going outside, etc.
How do you stay busy during the day? I usually read or spend some time outside but recently the weather has been rough and the boredom has been killing me.
I'm working on finding a job that works for my situation right now but I'm curious for those that don't work, how do you stay busy? What hobbies do you have?
What different tools do y'all use to keep your hands open while you sleep? I can keep them stretched out during the day on my chair but when I sleep they seem to curl up. I've tried holding onto little phone blocks and different things like that but my spasms always caused me to drop them.
