I have like 3000 diamonds and 10 ruby keys, should I use it to pull cars or should I wait till they drop new vehicles?

Hello everyone I like playing racing games, I was playing real racing 3 but got shut down so now im exploring what game would be better fit for me. Currently playing assoluto racing, tried the grid autosport but haven't paid for the full game yet. now I came across of the racing master game, seems like theres a console version of it based on the people's post about diamonds and idk what else. Any tips or tricks on how to get the best cars or how the system works. Im playing mobile version so waiting for the official launch
