15 fucking hours this week and they expect me to care about a zone or finishing anything??? Why would I even attempt a zone when I’m off the next 2 days and I’m the only one who cares to zone in the first place … I’m basically the only beauty closer who gives a shit but when they cut my hours it’s literally nothing I can do. Especially when they pull me to do fulfillment when I am there. I really have to remind myself when I’m stressing trying to finish my workload that they’re gonna get what they pay for. 🤷🏾‍♀️ I’m so fucking over it at this point.

So I really do respect the closing TLs I work with, I know they’re spread thin just like us, but my sd really gets under my skin. In another one of those mind-numbing huddles she was going on about getting guests back in the store and complained about how much it takes to fill up her big fuck truck??? Tying it back to us greeting the guests like that’s gonna lower gas prices or something.. Read the room I literally have 15 fucking hours this week and you’re complaining because it’s more expensive to fill up your SUV rn??? You’re not one of us… we don’t wanna hear that from you. You literally get paid the big bucks to deal with that.. sorry if I have no sympathy for you when I’m afterpaying my fucking groceries just to eat. God she gets on my fucking nerves.

Tl said our greet score was at 30% and was “horrible” and then said we only had 10 surveys… (mind u im closing crew) boy if you don’t get the fuck out my face with this bullshit 😂😂 this is why everything they say goes in one ear & out the other.. I’m just here to collect a check at this point.

I miss our old hr that passed so much 😭 she always made sure it was food in the break room on holidays and sometimes just because… it’s been years since she passed but they always skimping out especially on the closing team. If there’s food it’s always dry and crusty and you can tell it’s been picked over… we had another (pointless) huddle today and somebody asked was there food in the break room and one of the tl deadass was like “no we tryna get out of here early” (which we never do) and i don’t understand why them feeding us would slow us down??
