Has this happened to anybody else? I have been a Kaiser member for a few years now and never had a problem with this before but in the past month alone I've had two providers just never call me for a phone appointment. I don't receive any kind of notice online about the appointment being cancelled and it will just disappear from my appointments tab on the app. It doesn't show up in past appointments either. I am 8 months pregnant and getting really frustrated with this, these appointments are important. What am I supposed to do? Is there anybody I can complain to?
