Do I need to go to the ER?

F31. 160cm. 50kg. Now it’s me again with my sunburn. You can see on my previous post how this looked like yesterday. It was all dry and now these liquid appeared. I just cleaned it with soap in the shower and it got worse. What is the bright red things in the liquid? Those hurt when I washed it in the shower and those red things appeared in the shower. Should I go to the ER or is this normal? I don’t understand why there is liquid again when everything had dried out. The regular health care isn’t open until Tuesday. Thank you all for your help. Yesterday the doctor told me it looked ok but does it look ok now? Should I pop this new blister with a needle or just let it be?

Edit: I called the ER and they said to wait and not to go in. Also the hard wound ”stood up” yesterday and now it has ”shrunken down”, what does that mean?

Does this look ok?

F31. 160cm. 50kg. I had a doctor look at it and he told me to just keep it clean. But now this white thing around the wound appeared and the red wound appeared after I was at the doctor. It has also started to itch which is a good sign I guess? What is that white thing and need I go to the doctor again? It’s from sunburn from 8 days ago and popped blister. The yellow thing around the corners are sand that hopefully is gone soon

Edit: I just called a doctor too and she said that I didn’t need to go to a doctor right now because she said they can’t do anything because it doesn’t appear to be infection
