I'm currently in my second month of stretching.

At first I used Triderm (betamethasone) twice a day for 14 days.

Currently, I'm using Bepanthen (1–2 times a day) and Contratubex (3–4 times a day).

Two months ago, I couldn’t retract the foreskin at all; today I can do so without major problems when flaccid and semi-erect, but there are still issues when erect—I can retract it about 3/4 of the way. Unfortunately, the skin around the foreskin still doesn’t look great despite increased elasticity; it’s better than it was, but there are still what look like little dots? I don’t know how to describe it. Additionally, when erect, as I mentioned, it retracts 3/4 of the way, but there’s still pain most of the time. The phimotic band is still there and now hasn't changed for a while as much as it did before.

Just as I saw progress almost every day before, now I’ve been stuck in the same place for a little over a week despite doing the same thing. Will the situation improve? Will the skin smooth out and will the penis look OK? I’m worried that it’s going to plateau. Has anyone had experience with this kind of situation, and how did it go? I’d be grateful for any tips, advice, or help me thing. Love y'all.

Hi,

I'm currently stretching and using Bepanthen for my phimosis, and honestly, it's getting better every day. Unfortunately, I had sex recently (my fault) and most likely caused a scar. It’s been a few days now, and the skin under the foreskin is red again, plus I have a slight white coating on the glans (barely visible at first glance) that remains after washing. Is this BXO? Will this go away on its own? I’m using Bepanthen and moisturizing creams, and doing stretching exercises—nothing else for now. I used betamethasone for 14 days earlier, but the urologist assured me it wouldn’t be necessary. What can I do? Will it be okay after a while? Im anxious that it gonna spread or something gonna make lose my phimosis progress.
