What’s something you never fully healed from, but learned how to live with?

I am F30,
I am here because life gets heavy sometimes.
If anyone’s going through stress, anxiety, heartbreak, or feeling low and needs to vent, you can message me. You don’t have to deal with everything alone. Sometimes talking to a stranger helps more than keeping it bottled up..
Weather counts too lol.

Hey! Random question. what’s a must-try Canadian food besides poutine? I feel like that’s the only one everyone knows, but I’m sure there’s way more I’m missing. I’d love to try something authentic if I ever get the chance.
I am a fitness freak but today was my cheat day so I ate shawarma wrap and rice!! 🥲 my heart is melting ❤️
