Is it just standard practice at CRA to never pick up your phone? I have spent almost 3 months trying to work through a reassessment issue with them, we are now 7 days from needing to file a formal NOO. All the documentation they have requested has been sent, with the last of it being sent over 2 weeks ago. This has been such a horrible experience with them and I have no idea how to move forward with an agent who is unresponsive.
