So i have everything in this recipe along with honey or corn syrup. I found this recipe and was wondering if i should try it out for my first run with my flowhood ?

10g agar-agar 7.5g LME

10g potato flakes 0.25g bacterialogical peptone

500 distilled water. Heat to dissolve, sterilize at 15 PSI for 30-45 minutes, then pour into Petri dishes

LME, bacterialogical peptone, and potato flakes. Can I make a good strong plate with this? And what would the measurements be ? Any help on this would be MUCH appreciated 🙏🏼
