Leaving for my trip on the 12th

I’ve already been on the meds for I think 7 days but I’m reading how people think it’s better to have started the medication after going on a trip. My doctor said the side effects should be gone by that time and I don’t really feel any bad ones anymore besides not sleeping well. I’m going out of the country though on a cruise in the Mediterranean but I’m nervous now bc of the time change and being in an unfamiliar place should I still continue to take it or will stopping it just make things worse?

Freaking out

I took hydroxyzine with my Lexapro because I’ve had trouble sleeping, I took the hydroxyzine first then the Lexapro about 5 min later, now I’m reading all these things about how you shouldn’t take it together and the qt syndrome thing, my heartbeat is feeling kind of weird now and my body feels heavy, chat gpt is saying I should go to the ER now I’m freaking out, I wish I never took both now I’m definitely not going to be able to sleep, please help did I fuck up
