Stupid excuses and group projects
So yeah you’ve read the title. Why is it that whenever I’m assigned a group project or lab report people wanna either the littlest amount of work or come up with some lame ass excuse not to help out. Like it’s just ughggg. Like seriously are you fucking kidding me. For example we had a fluid mechanics midterm the next day on weekend like Saturday but that’s beside the point and the lab report was due the day before the midterm. And like we’re all studying for the same fucking course. And I was hoping we would all pitch in TOGETHER. But what did my lab partners do? They just gave me excuses. One said “I won’t be able to work tn are you guys good to work on it and submit?” No tf we ain’t. The other lab partner said “I could probably do the conclusion but I just got home. I was helping my mom move some stuff.” Then proceeded to ask me if I’ve done the calculations yet. So I finish my calculations I’ve done MY part and I let them know and i tell them “you can do the conclusion now and they respond with “I feel bad to ask but could u do the conclusion?”. I was a total lost for words. I was under the impression that this is a GROUP submission. Like Imma just have to reel in my wheel of excuses so they don’t have to come up with one. Holy fucking shit. The next excuse they might give is “hey i can’t work on the project/lab tonight because I just got ambushed by a bunch of aliens I’m sorry”. Anyways that’s the end of my little rant.
