Any recommendations around Lamphun, Lampang, on the way before Tak, or after Tak to Nakhon Sawan?

Preferably near the highway rather than a long detour inside the city.

Hopefully Specialty Coffee options.

Other than Tieng Na in Tak, I haven’t really found anything else.
