I need help with these flowers

So I got 2 plants as a housewarming gift. I've never owned a single plant so I'm basically blind parenting over here. All the information I have right now is from live chatting with Gemini 🥲

The first one is an Amaryllis and she's stressing me out. She's bloomed/blossomed (I don't know what the right word is) 3 times now. Gemini says this is normal and the cycle can keep repeating for 5-10 years or even longer. When the flower dies, I should wait for the stem to yellow before cutting it off the mother plant. When new bulbs show up, I can separate them from the mother plant (I have no idea how) and continue to water.

The first picture is from the first bloom, the 2nd shows some small leaves coming out of the soil around the main plant (do I remove those?) and the 3rd picture shows the latest bloom (the colour is different from the 1st bloom, is that normal?)

The last picture is the 2nd plant. She's a Florist's Kalanchoe. Not much trouble and she still has very pretty flowers even after 5+ months.

Someone tell me everything I need to know about these 2 because I want to invite the person who gifted them over but I don't want them to die before then 😭

Do I change the soil? Do I water more or less? Do I add anything to the soil.

Nothing too expensive or I'm just going to give up 🫶🏼
