Help to fix 😴
My sleep schedule is completely messed up right now and I’m trying to fix it. I keep sleeping late, waking up tired, and then repeating the same cycle every day. I’ve tried setting alarms but I either ignore them or feel exhausted all day. What’s the best way to reset it properly? Should I stay awake the whole day to force an early sleep, or slowly adjust my bedtime little by little? Any advice from people who actually fixed their sleep schedule would help.
