Hello I am new I have some questions as I am just starting out omad I currently weigh 178 and my starting goal currently is 160 but my absolute goal weight is 125 - 120, and I’m really confused on how to start off like are there ways to track it and how would I go about that and if I do eat a little bit I want it to be at lunch time what should I eat then? If you have any other beginner tips I’d really appreciate it tho thank you

But hello my name is Sam, I am 18 and go by He/Him I am a guy/male I’m really into things like music, art, photography basically anything artistic but those are my top three currently. Some other little hobbies I enjoy are making bracelets and collecting figures and collectibles, specifically Vocaloid / Miku figures I’m also on the hunt for Hello Kitty and Sanrio collectibles oh also I love collecting plushies!

Ummm that’s it currently but if anyone has any tips on how to make my room look more cutecore and any good stores / online shops that sell good clothing please lmk thank youu it’s nice to meet you guys!

I’ve had my leo for about 3 months now and She’s doing wonderful but I feel like I’m doing something wrong in a way I’ve been letting Her get used to me and my hand I usually just let my hand sit by Her cage or in front of it hoping She will climb on it or let me hold Her but She hasn’t and sometimes when I try She bites me and I don’t know if I’m doing anything wrong or not :(
