How do I go about getting my transcripts? Official diploma?

UPDATE
I PASSED!!! So thankful to God and proud of myself!! I finally did it. I'm a graduate!! Next stop Nursing school.
To anyone taking this test. There was a lot of algebra and data/statistics and some geometry. I really credit light and salt learning, get sum math and purely persistent on YouTube for helping me learn and catch up on what I was missing.
Don't give up, keep going. You got this!!
Taking my last test tomorrow (Math) I've been working at passing my HiSet on/off since 2022 and after a lot of trauma in-between decided to get serious about it the last 6 months. I've passed everything but Math and I am so nervous! If anyone could please say a prayer or good vibes or even any last minute tips that would be great!
My goal is to pass so I can enter summer classes and finish by the fall so I can enter nursing school in January.
