How can I build more strength at home without gym equipment?
I'm 29F, about 5’5” and around 150lbs. Lately I've been doing home workouts 4–5 times a week, mostly bodyweight stuff (push-ups, squats, lunges, planks). I can feel a bit of progress, but I still get tired quickly and don’t feel “strong” yet. I dont have dumbbells or much equipment, and gym access is tricky for me right now. What exercises helped you progress the most?
