Is there an issue with my rose plant?
Hi! I’m completely new to gardening and wanted to start a rose garden. I recently purchased DA Constance rose plant off of fb marketplace. It finally started to give me buds but I always noticed the leaves are getting spots and the canes is not green but more so yellowish green now. The leaves are also not a dark healthy green. There’s always some black insect looking thing on the plant. Do you think something is wrong with this plant?
