What could have happened to me? Was explained as something like 'syncope without cause'. Worst experience of my life

AFAB, 27

187 pounds

quetiapine, ampheatmine ER, fluoxetine, lamotrigine

gallbladder is gonezo

I woke up feeling really off one morning about a year and a half ago.

I remember that was dizzy and nauseous, my legs were super weak and my knees kept collapsing under me. I had to keep sitting down while I was trying to get ready for the day and had crazy vertigo. Drank a bunch of water and rested for a bit, and surprisingly felt a little better. Ate breakfast. Decided to stick it out for the day since a friend and I had plans.

One hour later was waiting in line for a faire. We had been waiting less than 10 minutes and it wasn't even hot out.

Started feeling even worse out of nowhere even though I had walked through the parking lot mostly okay, and had to keep sitting down and kneeling because my vision was tunneling and going black. Felt nauseous and my whole body felt insanely heavy and numb, kinda cold. I was sweating profusely. Felt like a bunch of saliva was building up under my tongue and in my throat somehow. Struggled to walk or stand and was slurring a bit according to my friend and to the faire employee that came to help.

I was taken to the paramedic tent at the faire and they took my vitals while laying, sitting, and (cautiously) standing. Felt ok but still awful while laying down, genuinely almost passed out when I stood and they immediately told me to sit again. Gave me IV fluids at the faire and then I was taken by ambulance to the closest hospital and given a chest x-ray and blood tests, along with more IV fluids.

Was discharged with something like 'unexplained syncope', with a note stating it was likely due to dehydration after a day of being passed out in the hospital room I was in.

I drink so much water my pee is clear lmao, and electrolyte drinks as well. This has never happened to me before that or since then, but I worry about it often. I have never felt so ill before and I actually thought I was dying for several hours. Not sure how I could have possibly been dehydrated since I down like 100+ ounces of fluid a day, but...

Anyways, like I said, I worry about this at times but I always get brushed off. It was the worst I've felt in my whole life, so I get a bit nervous that it might happen again since they basically said 'drink more water' even though my urine is like see through.

What possibilities could I inquire about at an appointment? Could this have just been a one-off thing? Even just thinking about it makes me dizzy and nauseous in a second-hand way lmao
