I already got my Full art foil regardless. I'm in favor of including it and more perspectives are needed here

So for RogSi players, especially tournament players, is the potential to use Flashback on Ad Naus, Pact, Borne, Vamp, worthwhile enough to include it over other options?

Our lists already have 25 or 30+ instants, so the question is does the card actually give a competitive advantage? Or is Timetwister, Yawgmoth's Will, and Underworld Breach all we need?
