Old retaining wall drain pipe help

I have an old retaining wall. I have a gutter draining into an old pipe. I can't even tell what the material is. Where the water comes out, it's dripping and causing the cement to erode. Any ideas for how to address this? PVC around the pipe to extend the water?

Or.. bypass the pipe altogether and drain into the ground which is ~10 ft behind the wall.
