There are 4 Cat 3 on the last minute tickets that can’t be purchased and they are just taunting me. Any idea how to actually get some?

Looking for something in the $500-$1000 pricing range. Multicolor printing is a must. Preferably enclosed. Decent sized printing base. Suggestions?
