Hey guys,

I’m trying to get better at construction takeoffs and estimating. I’ve been practicing on plans, but I don’t really have a way to check if my numbers are actually right.

Does anyone know where I can find sample (or even fake) blueprints that already have a takeoff done?

What I want to do is go through the plans myself, do a full quantity takeoff, then compare my numbers to see how close I am. Just looking for quantities like SF, LF, CY, counts, etc. Not worried about pricing right now.

Even partial scopes like concrete, framing, or site work would help. Or if anyone has old plans/examples they’re willing to share, I’d really appreciate it.

Just trying to learn the right way and get accurate.
