Cliff notes or for dummies for new disabled user?

I have chronic illness and brain fog and I had my training last Tuesday on a really bad flare day, but it was the only day that my trainer could do. It was just so much information and I was there for three hours. We got it all set up and she said that the infusion site would last seven days and the insulin would probably last close to that however it looks like I have about 36 units left in my reservoir.

Could someone point me to somewhere really easy to figure out all of this? I know she sent this big booklet that came with everything and I’ve searched YouTube for videos, but I’m having trouble finding anything official or easy to follow even from another diabetic if nothing official from Medtronics. Basically just how to change everything out and am I going to be notified when the infusion set needs to be switched or the pump or is it just gonna run out in the middle of the night? If it got done on Tuesday afternoon when should I do it? I know this is a lot but if anyone can help me like I’m your child I would appreciate it.

Unbearable fatigue and chronic illness and diabetes

Does anyone else have this? I have ME/CFS and Psoriatic Arthritis and Fibromyalgia too but had an 11 A1C in January and have gotten my numbers down (probably under 7). Got put on insulin and started a pump this week and stopped Glimeperide also this week. I am now so fatigued I could sleep all day and fall asleep sitting up. It gets worse after meals. It’s horrible. I don’t know if I am progressing in other illnesses to be bed bound or this is the diabetes as it seems way worse since started the pump and raised the insulin. My numbers used to always be very high and now I can go down to 120 or so if starving but then just kicked in automatic today SmartGuard on MiniMed 780g and even with insulin I’ve been about 200 today. I don’t even know which doctor to call. I almost crashed at Starbucks and hit my head on table like a low but number was 186 when it happened. I have two heart meds also that raise my blood sugars so it’s one reason I decided on a pump and insulin.

I edited the typos out. :)

Been working so hard to get down and numbers have gone down a ton but I’m also chronically ill in pain and always crashing with fatigue. Went on both insulins and now take meal time insulin and haven’t barely eaten a carb today and sugar spiked to 260 from pain and stress. Going on MiniMed pump. Please tell me it will get better. Cry.
