New user. iPhone 14 Plus. Apparently my OS, 26.4.1, is three .n versions too new to be official, and I'm not inclined to downgrade three increments right now.

Downloaded the Libre app (butterfly) which I thought was the most current for the Libre 3+. All the help articles reference a hamburger menu that just is not there. Phone CS transferred me to the LibreLink team, which was closed.

Downloaded LibreLink. Well lookie there! A hamburger menu. So I was finally able to get the serial number of the sensor I am wearing.

Why does customer service not explain any of this? I confirmed when she asked that it was the butterfly, so she knew that.

Does everyone need to have both? And WHEN WILL ABBOTT update their help articles??????

I really tried to get it on the back of my arm. Fell right off. The package insert says to avoid stretch marks. Well the backs of both arms are nothing but stretch marks and saggy wobbly skin because I lost over 100 pounds on Mounjaro. I opened another one and put it on my stomach. It’s in the initial unreliable stage. I can see why people let them soak before activation; twelve hours is too long to go without data.

I called Abbott. They were fine with sending a replacement. They will want the fallen-off one back. The rep was not authorized to say anything about alternate insertion sites, but obviously we have off-label choices.

So far I really like that it reads every minute instead of five minutes like the Dexcom. If those readings are accurate in the morning I will be happy.
