I had a DM interview and have no idea how I did
I’m in my car just ruminating about everything that I just said. I’m a former Starbucks partner and this was my second interview with the same Dm. I had an interview a couple of weeks back and I got rejected. This time I applied to a higher volume store but I’m not sure how I did. The guy had the same look in his face the whole time, my interview was maybe 20 or 25 minutes? I feel like my answers were fine but my wording was weird, I was talking labor and I said “labors” bro I feel so embarrassed. I think my store manager interview was almost perfect but this one was not my best work. He basically wanted to have a normal conversation which is fine but I don’t know why I was off :(((. I asked for feedback at the end and he said that this job is really competitive and that I pretty much how it works. I talked a lot of following Starbucks standards at my current job, and how I was implementing that. I also told him that I that had a situation where I felt like a shift . My answers were good but my wording was so off.
