I’m just a random American browsing random subreddits, and wow the negativity on here is pretty crazy.

Like I don’t expect the city to be first-world or anything remotely close. But a city that has 20 million people and growing has to have some positive aspects, no? It’s got to have jobs at least?

• Cradle Episcopalians, usually old or youth coming with an Episcopalian parent
• Old White liberals and their spouses
• MAGA old folks who are either too committed or too lazy to find another church
• Folks with heritage in the UK or former British colony
• Exvangelicals
• Ex-Roman Catholics
• LGBT
• Folks who switched from another mainline denomination
• Less religious people who recently converted or are just looking for a social group

Any other categories I’m missing?
