How do you handle tolerances when going from vector artwork to final cut files?
Do you offset manually or follow a fixed rule based on material thickness?
I’ve seen small variations make a big difference in fit.
Curious what approach works best for you.

Are you offsetting from the original vector manually or rebuilding geometry in CAD?
The tricky part for me is that the acrylic has to match the fabrication structure, not just the original outline.
Curious what workflow you guys are using.

From a client logo to actual production files (STL / DXF / acrylic).
Are you still rebuilding everything manually in CAD or do you have a faster workflow?
In our shop this step is still one of the biggest time sinks, especially when the artwork isn’t clean.
Curious how others are dealing with it.
