i applied around december 2023 but it took them forever to get going with my application. got denied in july of 2025, denied from appeal in august of 2025, went to tribunal and got accepted april 16th 2026. how long will it take to get the actual assistance and will i get back pay from the date of my initial application or from when i was first denied? i also called a few days ago and they said a letter was sent to me on the 23rd but i never got an email and there’s nothing in my benefits (i have paperless communication so im very confused). thanks!!
