“we can’t possibly add everything to the policies” What Are They For Then

“hey i wasn’t able to find the answer to an issue that came up and none of us knew what to do” “the policy is vague and doesn’t include a lot of information”

management: “well we can’t add every little scenario to the SOPs and it takes a long time to add anything to them” ok so get started then

the policies are ass and are missing A LOT of information and i just have to ask for clarification after the fact and then have to fix what we did because it was Wrong. like i get that we really can’t add EVERYTHING but why do we not have an SOP for basic cellavision and caresphere use. i feel like im living in prehistory and all of the SOPs are just passed down from my ancestors
