Will an ACCU-STRUT make a difference?

This 300BLK barrel appears to be the same as the (also) non-tapered Mini-30 (5854) in OD and given the like diameter assuming same?

With the OEM gas block and an extended Accuracy systems firing pin it cycles all steel or reman ammo unsuppressed, and any new subs, even ‘meh’ quality (w/ can seems to like 190-200 GRN best for accuracy & eject profile).
