These would be my first time casting grillz in 14k gold I wanna make sure they’re good. Any comments would be greatly appreciate

10k gold, 4 sprues, $200 for the raw casting alone. I’ve never had this issue before (photo included for reference of a previous set on the same client)

These don’t fit on the mould even a little bit which was not the case when I dropped the wax up off- I made sure to account for any shrinkage too. They Offered $25 in credits for melting down the gold so I have to pay pretty much another $200 again.. Am I bugging? 🥲
