T BREAK ADVICE
Guys i’m taking a T break and it’s the worst thing ever to EAT and SLEEP. Please give me tips, tricks, advice, even hope.
Backstory if anyone was wondering:
18 Years old (female) very consistent with body building which goes hand in hand with eating/sleep recovery. I’ve smoked consistently since 15 years old. Meaning I haven’t taken a break. Honestly barely spent a day without it. I used weed as a huge crutch hacking my body to eat 140g of protein a day, all my macros, and sleep 8 hours everyday. Decided obviously I can’t rely on this forever I need to break free. I’ve been struggling with eating, it’s currently 6PM and all i had was a bowl of oats. Can’t build any appetite since. I also vape and haven’t quit if that helps, should I?
