Hermes agent on VPS ignores all my project rules — how are you handling this

Running Hermes on a VPS (few Hermes profiles).
It starts from the server root, not my project folders, so it never picks up any of my rules. I've tried telling it to always launch code tasks from the repo directory but it doesn't stick.

How are you all handling this? Is there a clean way to make a persistent VPS agent actually respect project-level rules without babysitting it every session?

Has anyone compared mobile-mcp vs agent-device? Which one is actually better?

I’ve been looking at both mobile-mcp and agent-device for mobile automation with AI agents, and they seem pretty similar on the surface, but I’m sure there are real differences in practice.

For those who’ve used both: which one do you think is better, and why?

Is one more reliable, easier to set up, or better for real-world app testing?

Would love to hear actual experience instead of just README vibes.

Setup 2 different Hermes agents

I'm working both in a Company and my own projects at the same time.
Can I set 2 different Hermes instances where each will have its own context, data, memory etc? while hosting them 2 on the same VPS.

How can I do so?
