New owner of a 2023 Ariya Empower+ and have loved it except for 1 major issue: it will not charge at our home.

We have a level 1 charger that came with the car when we bought it in early April. We tested it in a relative's garage with a 120v outlet and everything went smoothly.

In early May we moved into our own single family home with a garage. When we plug the same charger into the same Ariya from the different garage outlet it only beeps and the charge light flashes red for a decent amount of time and sends me a message that it failed to charge from the app. I tried turning it on in the app and it failed. I tried setting a schedule for it and it failed. I tried the bypass schedule button and it failed. I tried deleting all schedules and it failed.

I checked my outlets and they work with a tester showing 119v-120v.

It will charge at a commercial fast charger, but I know doing that is more expensive and worse for the battery health so I don't want to do that.

I then took it into the dealer and they tested the car, charger, and other level 1 chargers with the car and it all worked there. They advised I need to turn off any charger schedules and it will work.

I took it back home today and it still has a red blinking charge light and beep and message in the app stating it failed.

I can't seem to find anything except a post on this subreddit about a year ago with a similar issue, but the poster never got an answer.
