Hey everyone,

I was digging around for new desi indie stuff and stumbled on musicmandir.com. Its a simple platform dedicated to independent Indian artists - they have playlists, artist interviews, podcast episodes and lots of underrated tracks from across the country.

I am 23, from Noida. I think I have ADHD but never got tested. No clue how to start or where to go.

Need a place in Delhi NCR that does it for cheap. Can't afford private clinics charging 5k-10k. I keep hearing AIIMS, IHBAS, Safdarjung, but don't know the actual process, fees, or waiting time.

If anyone else in NCR is also planning to get checked, DM me. We can figure out the steps together and maybe go together. Feels easier when you're not doing it alone..

Also, I'm introverted, have zero ADHD or neurodivergent friends IRL. Single, never had a gf either. Mostly just want people who get the daily struggle to talk to. If we vibe, cool to build a small community or chat group. DM if you wanna talk, share random life stuff, have genuine conversations, or just make long-term friends who understand what this ADHD chaos feels like daily.

DM if you know a cheap hospital or if you're thinking about getting diagnosed too.

I've been struggling with focus, procrastination, overthinking, motivation crashes, brain fog, impulsive habits, random hyperfixations, and just feeling mentally scattered for years now. Recently started reading more about adult ADHD and honestly... a lot of things suddenly make sense.

Problem is, I have no clue how to actually start the diagnosis process in Delhi NCR. Private clinics are way too expensive for me right now (5k-10k is impossible). I keep hearing names like AIIMS, IHBAS, Safdarjung etc, but don't know the real process, fees, waiting time, or whether they handle adult ADHD properly.

If anyone here has gotten diagnosed in NCR through a government hospital or low-cost setup, please share your experience.

Also, if anyone else is planning to get checked, feel free to DM. Maybe we can figure out the process together or even go together. Feels less overwhelming that way.
