Where in Saigon can I find services that helps with family immigration of Vietnamese citizen to Norway to be with husband?

We got married in the Norwegian church and now want to bring my husband to Norway. The procedure of applying from Norway is quite complicated and I wonder if there is any services that helps doing this?
